Julia Yun Hulme is the Co-Founder andManaging Director of Omnia Strategy LLP, where she provides strategic counselat the intersection of law, business and policy to governments, multinationalcorporations, and investors with a focus on high-stakes disputes and crossborder advisory and particular expertise in Sub-Saharan Africa.
She is dual-qualified as a US attorney(New York Bar) and UK solicitor (England & Wales), and has practised in leading law firms across Hong Kong, Paris, Sydney, New York, and London. Julia previously served as Deputy General Counsel at a major African oil company, overseeing corporate, regulatory, and financing matters in the energy sector. Beyond her legal practice, she isVice-Chair and Non-States Commissioner of the Jersey Overseas Aid Commission, a Board Member of the Jersey Advisory and Conciliation Service (JACS), a Trustee of the GUBA Foundation, and an Advisor to Concordia, contributing to the Concordia Africa Initiative. A graduate of Yale University (BA, Political Science & International Relations) and New York University School of Law (JD), Julia combines legal, commercial, and geopolitical expertise with a commitment to sustainable development and social impact.
